Batemans provide a friendly and professional fine art, antiques and collectables auction and valuation service. Whether you have a whole house to clear or just a few treasured items, we can advise on selling at auction.

Valuations:
We are pleased to offer free valuations of any items brought to our office between the hours of 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, where one of our valuers will be able to tell you more about the piece and give an idea as to value.

For larger items, or quantities, we can view items at home if more convenient.

Collection and delivery of goods can be arranged using our own transport.

Batemans provide a full house clearance service, whereby we can advise on saleable items, arrange packing and transport and dispose of any goods that are not suitable for auction.

We also provide valuations for Probate, Estate Division and Insurance, and valuations of fixtures an fittings for those moving house. Batemans offers an optional digital photographic service, where images of specific items are saved on CD. This is especially useful for insurance purposes; if items are ever stolen it provides an extremely effective tool in enabling the police to recover the stolen items, to prove ownership, or to settle insurance claims quickly and efficiently.
