Provenance: Possibly a commission for the Grand Duke Constantine Constantinovich of Russia, Grandson of Emperor Nicholas I of Russia, a poet and playwright of some renown, best known by his pen name KR taken from his transliterated name Konstantin Romanov. The current vendor's own father was an architect in Constantinople in the early 20th century and purchased them from a Russian family. The items were then brought to England.

A boxed set of three Egyptian 1920's rectangular glass scent bottles, two decorated with enamelled Egyptian figures and one in ruby glass, all with gold metal filigree collars and faceted stoppers, in a velvet lined box.
